Update sections without rewriting everything
Edit small facts directly
Correct a date, name or sentence yourself. Prompting Copilot for every tiny change adds uncertainty and can alter text you already approved.
Name the exact section
When you ask Copilot to modify the Page, identify the section and state what must remain unchanged.
In the Risks section, combine the two supply-chain entries into one risk. Keep the existing owner and due date. Add the new mitigation from today's review, but do not change any other section.
Know when to move on
Advanced layout belongs elsewhere
Move to Word or PowerPoint when precise page design, styles or presentation controls become important.
Calculations belong in Excel
A Page can show a table, but it is not the right place for a model that depends on formulas, validation or ongoing data work.
Sharing changes exposure
A Page can contain synthesized internal information. Check both the content and the people who will receive access.
