Check whether your data is training the next model
Most AI tools default to using your conversations to improve future versions, and this setting is rarely surfaced clearly.
Why it happens
Training on user data is the default because it improves the product for the company, not because it's what most people would choose if asked.
What to do
Look for it under account or privacy settings, usually something like "improve the model" or "data retention." Turn it off once.
Go to Settings, then Privacy, and turn off model training before you paste anything sensitive.
